Things happen and people get angry. How do you void this and get to a better place, they say that if you are grateful you cannot be angry. I am not so sure I was grateful yet I still got angry. There is an answer and that is to pour through your emotions and figure out for yourself how to get to a better place – it can be done and this way you get to the positive on what happened and by learning from it permanently it can better inform all your future moves. It’s good to overcome anger and get to a much better place – it’s positive and worthwhile.
